About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Sourcing Business Expert to collaborate with hiring managers on all of their recruitment needs, support supplier engagement and manage contractor workforce for a major client in the Mining Sector.
* Foster open, transparent, and productive relationships between hiring leaders and dedicated recruiters within our organization.
* Distribute requisitions to our suppliers in line with sourcing strategy and diversity goals.
* Monitor and deliver against solutions KPIs, escalating risks and recommending adjustments as needed to ensure delivery expectations are met.
* Manage the contractor workforce on behalf of our organization, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
* Manage contract extensions and contractor lifecycle events in a timely and compliant manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the supplier network and internal delivery teams.
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry into our recruitment system, meeting SLA expectations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide input to reporting and insights on supplier performance, diversity outcomes, and requisition flow.
