Services include inpatient, outpatient, group programs, family therapy, and specialist interventions for issues like school refusal, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental issues, and psychosis.About the teamThe Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Team provides specialist perinatal and parent-infant mental healthcare, working alongside other clinicians to offer education, consultation, assessment, and treatment.
The team adopts a relational and systemic approach, collaborating closely with families and agencies.About the RoleThis is a fixed-term role supporting our Oakleigh and Pakenham sites until July 2025, at 0.6 FTE.
The position is suitable for a creative and innovative clinician experienced in working with families during the perinatal period, with a focus on maternal mental health impacting the parent-infant relationship.The role is aligned with Grade 2 Allied Health Clinician or Grade 2 Psychologist or Grade 3 Nursing levels, depending on the discipline.
