Responsibilities
Provide accurate and prompt picking and dispatching of products
Manage orders and picking requirements involving manual handling and pallet stacking
Maintain health and safety of yourself and others at work
Control inventory/stock levels to ensure shelves are stocked
Demonstrate safe work behaviours and encourage others to follow
Qualifications & Skills
Clear, concise communication and numerical skills
Physically capable of completing manual handling tasks
Reliable, flexible and detail-oriented
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
Previous warehouse/logistics experience in FMCG or similar industry, or a willingness to learn
Strong safety focus and knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR)
