You will be working alongside our Centre Director to support the team and drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
This role involves supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team.
The overall management of the centre will be in your hands when the Centre Director is absent.
You will use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure best practices are followed.
