About the role
Join the Element Landscape Group as a Gardener in our Melbourne-based team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beautiful green spaces we create for our clients. With a focus on attention to detail and a passion for horticulture, you will use your expertise to ensure our gardens are meticulously cared for.
What you'll be doing
* Carry out general gardening duties such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
* Maintain and care for a variety of plants, trees, and shrubs
* Identify and treat plant diseases and pests using appropriate methods
* Install and maintain state of the art irrigation systems.
* Ensure all gardening tools and equipment are well-maintained
* Assist with the installation of new landscaping features as required
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients
What we're looking for
* Looking for someone with previous experience in gardening or someone wanting to just start out.
* Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care
* Ability to follow plans and work independently to a high standard
* Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
* Physically fit and able to handle the demands of manual gardening work
* Valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
