About the Role
We're excited to introduce a new volunteer opportunity at CLCN! As our Marketing Manager, you will oversee and coordinate CLCN's core marketing functions, including English and Chinese social media, branding, and marketing intelligence. You will set strategies, provide leadership to functional teams, maintain brand standards, and ensure all marketing activities operate cohesively and strategically.
In this role, you will drive content strategy, allocate responsibilities, and guide teams to deliver high-quality outputs that strengthen CLCN's visibility, reputation, and community impact. This position suits someone confident in leading people, managing multiple marketing streams, and steering long-term growth across a diverse and dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
* Provide leadership and direction to the English and Chinese social media streams by setting strategies, defining content priorities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, audience-focused outputs.
* Maintain ownership of CLCN's branding and visual identity, ensuring all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications are consistent, accurate, and aligned with organisational values.
* Collaborate with Central Marketing Team Leaders across English & Chinese Social Media, Branding, and Marketing Intelligence to align their work with organisational goals, provide strategic guidance, and support them in delivering consistent, coordinated outcomes across their respective functions.
* Coordinate organisational messaging and campaign alignment by working with cross-functional teams and reporting key updates, insights, and priorities to the Managing Director.
* Develop and manage CLCN's overarching marketing strategy, including setting content direction, overseeing planning cycles, and maintaining a unified marketing calendar across all streams.
* Identify and implement improvements to marketing processes, tools, and workflows to strengthen CLCN's brand presence and operational effectiveness.

* Passionate about youth engagement, multicultural inclusion, and community-driven impact.
* Experienced in leading small teams or coordinating projects.
* Understanding of bilingual or cross-cultural communication.
* Familiar with analytics tools or social media performance reporting.
* Understanding of volunteer-based environments and able to work effectively within a community-focused, non-profit context.
