**The Role**:
Outstanding opportunity for a high energy account manager to continue to drive our successful business to new levels
Located in Sydney, with a dedicated focus on the Disability and OOHC Sector within the Sydney & Illawarra Region, you will manage an existing client base, building relationships to maximise increased share coupled with a focus on development of new business partnerships. Working alongside a team of committed peers locally and interstate, you will partner with for purpose organisations to provide Staffing solutions with highly experienced Disability Support Workers and Youth-workers to ensure there are adequate supports to those in need.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
- **Building relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders** to influence choice of HCA staff over our competitors
- **Understand Client demand and workforce shortages **through regular visits and client engagement to ensure we can best support our customers
- **Management of ongoing client information** and ensuring we have accurate and up to date records of the clients and sites our staff are working at
- Prospecting new leads, arranging client meetings, and **winning new business**:
- **Networking with clients and organisations** (including NGOs and Government Departments) to provide leads and pathways for customers to engage HCA's services
- Above all, a positive and tenacious attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in either Social Services, Healthcare or Recruitment sector is highly regarded.
- A self-starter who is keen to hunt and make things happen.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong belief in great customer service/experiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRMs or databases
