Your responsibilities will include: Co-ordinating and managing timely and accurate budgets and re-forecasts. Leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, integrating both operational and capital elements to ensure long-term financial sustainability. Preparing monthly management reports with variance analysis and insightful commentary. Championing best practice controls and governance within the division. Building strong partnerships across leadership to optimise risk and opportunities. Overseeing capital budgeting, investment analysis, and funding strategies. Supporting management on ad hoc projects and improving financial processes and automation. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders including procurement, reporting, FP&A, divisional managers and senior leaders, as well as with external partners such as franchisees, suppliers, and auditors. Key competencies required: Expertise in budgeting, re-forecasting, planning tools and capital financial management. Strong analytical skills for reporting, performance analysis and financial modelling. Proven experience leading process improvements and fostering financial accountability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics (CPA or CA completed or in progress preferred).
