As a valued member of our Kanda team, you will:
Provide hands-on care and guidance to young people in a safe and supportive home environment where young people can grow, learn and thrive.
Help create and follow individual care plans tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
Support young people with daily living activities andsupport their understandingof self-care,educationand recreational activities
Build trusting relationships by offering encouragement, stability,safetyand emotional support
Keepingaccurateand professional records and documentation.

To join our team,you'll need:
A current driver's licence (Minimum of a P2)
A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be eligible to obtain these).
Have completed, or are willing to enrol in, aCertificateIV orDiplomain a relevant field.
Experience with young people or in related areas(disability, mental health, aged care, childcare) ispreferred, butnotrequiredwe welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow.
