The Opportunity
Our diverse Services business provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centres, support for the resources sector and just about everything in-between. Our Schneider Electric portfolio covers UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring as well as a wide range of ancillary equipment. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.
Our Services team is currently seeking an experienced Planner.This key position will see you playing a hands-on role within a small team of professionals, supporting our Field Service teams and our diverse Customer requirements.

This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
* Daily coordination of Service Representatives, service partners and third party contractors
* Proactively triaging a variety of service and maintenance requests, updating customers of job status and follow-up for issue resolution
* Maintaining ongoing customer relationships through preventative maintenance scheduling
* Updating databases, adhering to internal processes and utilising various digital tools when required
* Raising purchase orders, ordering parts and invoicing activities
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in a similar Planning role, ideally backed by relevant tertiary qualifications
* Intermediate IT skills, confident in the use of MS Office applications
* Customer service background and proven in the delivery of customer outcomes, service levels and KPI's
* Demonstrated team player and a proven ability to collaborate with others
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, skilled in customer relationships
