We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our System Business Group in Sydney, reporting to the Consumer Marketing Lead - SYS BG.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and drive all aspects of digital marketing for ASUS ANZ, planning and executing activities to align with business objectives and aiming to achieve awareness, consideration, and conversion of ASUS products.
Key aspects of the role include but not limited to:
Digital Campaign Activity
* Work with Consumer Marketing Lead, E-commerce Manager and GTM roles to develop digital campaigns across the business. Manage and own these campaigns end to end to drive campaign, marketing, and business objectives;
* Drive the SEO & SEM strategy for the ASUS Consumer business and all product lines;
* Set up targeted funnel activity across all paid digital channels to drive reach/acquisition of leads, engagement and conversions;
* Monitor, track and report on all digital campaigns using various tools like Google Analytics and trends. Provide data-informed insights to internal and external stakeholders;
* Work with partners & agencies to execute tasks, e.g. SEO, SEM, Media Buy Agency;
* Utilise data to determine campaign performance and develop strategies based on data & insights.
Social Media
* Set clear objectives, KPIs & metrics for all digital related projects;
* Manage multiple ASUS-owned social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+ and any other relevant channels;
* Manage the overall social media strategy in alignment with regional and local marketing direction. Own all aspects of social media from planning and developing/localising content to scheduling to running various campaigns/competitions with the support of the Digital Marketing Specialist;
* Measure the success of digital /social media campaigns utilising reporting tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc;
* Monitor and optimise performance and audience to maximise results. Provide recommendations to the management team on best practices and regular reports on platform performance;
* Manage all social media in-bound enquiries with the support of the Digital Marketing Specialist;
* Liaising with HQ digital marketing teams – to align on global directions and processes.
Local Website management
* Local website content update and management. Localise content for the ANZ market where relevant and ensure it is SEO optimised;
* Ensure all products on the website are up to date aligned with local launch announcements, partner details and locally developed content;
* Work with other business units to ensure SYS product range /content visibility on the home and key pages of the website;
* Drive the ASUS eshop digital strategy & execution.
Digital Content and Communications
* Build, execute and report on eDM campaigns;
* Recruit, manage and maintain EDM database;
* Collaborate closely with regional, local PR, and GTM teams on various KOL engagements;
* Develop localised digital content in conjunction with the marketing team and external stakeholders like KOLs. This also includes creative copywriting for social media and other digital channels.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communication
* At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Budget management
* Analytical and detail-oriented
* A passion for working with tech companies
* Strong understanding of the Digital Landscape and the ability to keep up to date with trends & the continuous evolvement of the digital space.
* Contribute to creative briefing and ideation on Digital Campaigns
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and liaise with multiple stakeholders including senior management
* Ability to mentor and guide the Digital Marketing Specialist as a direct report
* Ability to manage and build positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
