This is not just a print position—it involves everything from file setup to finishing, including cutting, packing, welding banners and mesh, to sewing. Training will be provided, but if you bring relevant experience, we are very interested in chatting with you and can offer a highly attractive package based on your skills.

What You'll Do:
* Operate and maintain a range of signage machinery, including large-format printers, cutters, and laminators.
* Handle all aspects of the production process, from file setup to finishing, including cutting, packing, welding banners and mesh, and sewing.
* Produce high-quality signage such as adhesive vinyl, banners, fence mesh, sign panels, and floor decals.
* Apply vinyl and laminate with precision.
* Communicate effectively with customers, teams, suppliers, and couriers to ensure smooth production workflows.
* Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
* Work autonomously in a collaborative team environment.
About You:
* No Experience? No Problem We offer full training, but if you have experience operating printing or signage machinery, we are very interested in chatting with you and offering a highly attractive package that reflects your skills.

* Experience with vehicle wraps.
* Understanding of artwork requirements and RIP software.
* EWP or Forklift tickets.
