Job Title: Advanced Documentation Specialist
As a key figure in our engineering team, you will significantly impact our ability to maintain accurate, accessible, and compliant documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project documents are up-to-date, complete, and meet industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Document Management: Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with industry standards.
2. Distribution and Tracking: Coordinate document distribution to stakeholders, track revisions, and ensure timely feedback.
3. Version Control Monitoring: Monitor document versions to ensure all team members have access to the latest information.
4. System Administration: Utilize and maintain document control systems for secure and efficient record storage.
5. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure documentation aligns with project requirements, industry regulations, and quality policies.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance document control processes for efficiency and error reduction.
7. Support to Teams: Train and guide project teams and stakeholders on document control procedures.
8. Reporting: Generate reports on document status, approvals, and compliance metrics for management.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in document control or records management.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
* Experience with Aconex Software.
* Strong knowledge of document control principles, standards, and best practices.
* Proficiency in document control software and systems.
* Experience within project portfolios is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
