Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to design and deliver training programs for staff and carers within the Department of Children and Families, as well as other providers. The goal is to assist in the ongoing implementation of training and workforce development strategies.
This role requires the successful applicant to be adaptable and able to work at varying levels of seniority, including P2, AO6, P3 or AO7, depending on their experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of staff and carers;
2. Collaborating with departmental teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives into existing strategies;
3. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to inform future developments;
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
