* Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with cross-functional teams to understand operations and accurately document AS IS processes in consultation with subject matter experts.
* Support project teams, internal stakeholders, and IT in delivering applications and solutions.
* Additional Responsibilities:
* Document clear requirements and map TO BE processes, solution functionality, and integration complexities across the enterprise.
* Contribute to architecture assessments and lead initiatives that enhance business understanding.
* Identify and recommend technology solutions to solve complex problems while maximizing organisational value.
* Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and operational effectiveness.
1. Technical Skills Required:
2. Broad experience in a Business/Technical Analyst role or a role requiring business process re-engineering and improvement in large and complex organisations.
3. Experience in IT infrastructure uplift projects.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Technology Stack including M365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Azure.
5. Demonstrated experience of creating business and technology architecture models.
6. Familiarity with TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a plus.
