You aren't just "taking orders" you are the engine room of our delivery operations. You'll be the voice our customers rely on, ensuring that the right mix gets to the right site at exactly the right time. You'll balance the puzzle of truck schedules with the needs of our clients, making sure every delivery is a success.
What You'll Be Doing
* Take timely orders and ensure every detail is captured accurately in the system.
* Negotiate delivery times and manage schedules to keep the customers happy and the trucks moving efficiently.
* Work closely with our scheduling team, drivers and account managers to provide a seamless "order-to-delivery" experience.
* Help to maintain a safe workplace by gathering feedback on site safety and ensuring all delivery requirements are met securely.
What You Bring to the Team
* A background in customer service with a human-centric approach to solving problems.
* An understanding of the local geography and suburb locations to help guide our fleet.
* Exceptional data entry accuracy, you're the type of person who catches the small things before they become big issues.
* Solid computer skills and the agility to learn new software programs quickly.
* Clear, professional and friendly verbal and written communication skills.

* Monday-Friday 5am, 6am, 7am starts with every second Saturday to be worked.
