As a Senior Associate, Governance, Risk and Compliance, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering digitally enabled risk management frameworks that strengthen how organisations operate and comply. You'll work alongside clients to identify priority risks, develop practical strategies, and build controls that matter, working with clients across sectors seeking to transform with confidence and clarity.

What you’ll do:
Partnering with our clients on their large transformation programs to mitigate the regulatory and compliance risks they face Developing risk management strategies for our clients to drive compliance and strengthen their existing processes and controls Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement for our clients by understanding their strategy, objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environment Helping our clients navigate an evolving risk and regulatory landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these in an impactful way
What we’re looking for:
Previously demonstrated skills in Governance, risk and compliance Possess technical knowledge and understanding of accounting standards gained in a professional services environment An ability to establish and maintain excellent client relations An ability to demonstrate an understanding on commercial issues facing business Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills and well-developed research and problem-solving skills
