About The Role
As Trade Supervisor – High Voltage & Electrical Network, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across critical hospital infrastructure.
You Will Provide Technical Direction And Leadership Across
High Voltage Substations and switching operationsMain Switchboards, distribution boards and subcircuitsUPS systems and generating plantAsset lifecycle management and condition assessmentsPlanned and corrective maintenance programsRisk management and compliance monitoring
About You
You are a technically strong electrical trade professional who thrives in complex operational environments and leads from the front. You combine hands-on expertise with strong leadership capability and a commitment to safety and compliance.
You Will Bring
Electrical Fitter Mechanic trade qualification (QLD recognised)Demonstrated experience supervising multi-disciplinary trades teamsStrong knowledge of HV infrastructure and switching operations (HVIA desirable)Experience managing maintenance in a hospital or similar asset-rich facilitySound understanding of WHS legislation and Electrical Safety Act requirementsExperience using CMMS systems (S/4HANA desirable)
