Stellarossa Australia is seeking experienced, high volume Baristas and All Rounder Team Members to join our drive thru site at Stellarossa Sippy Downs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional coffee and quick food service with a smile, we want to hear from you.
This is a high-energy, drive thru focused café where team members are true all rounders, covering both quick service food and high volume coffee production.
30+ hours available for the right person(s).
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a high volume Barista in a fast-paced environmentConfident working across both coffee and quick food serviceStrong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipmentAbility to dial in grinders to Stellarossa espresso recipeExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressureFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays

About The Role
As a High Volume Barista & All Rounder at Stellarossa Sippy Downs, you will:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages at speedWork across both coffee and quick service food stationsInteract with guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional serviceMaintain a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety standardsAssist with opening and closing dutiesSupport your team members to create a positive, high-energy atmosphereManage stock levels and restock supplies as neededHandle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
This is a fast-paced drive thru environment, so confidence, efficiency, and teamwork are essential.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipmentExperience in quick service food preparation is highly regardedAbility to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environmentWeekend availability is essentialBright, engaging, and professional personalityHigh energy and strong productivity levelsWillingness to learn and follow established systems
