Port Kembla Community Preschool is looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Trainee to join our team.
This is a full-time, maximum-term role (18 months) located at Port Kembla Community Preschool, Port Kembla NSW.We're Big Fat Smile, a not-for-profit organisation that supports thousands of children and families across Australia with 40+ community preschools, long day care centres, and various programs.

You will be supported by an experienced team educating and caring for children aged 0–5.ResponsibilitiesEducate and care for children aged 0–5 as part of a supportive team.Contribute to creating a secure, welcoming, and engaging learning environment.Collaborate with educators and teachers to support children's development and wellbeing.Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.What You Need To SucceedYou must be 18 years or older.No qualifications or prior experience are required (training will be provided).
