Overview
Cleaning Technicians wanted for domestic cleaning in private homes. We are seeking a recent team member to join our busy and thriving sector. Experience is not needed as we will train and onboard you on your clock, to succeed. We are only seeking the best - character over experience, those who support our values of integrity, working their best at all times with honesty and able to carry out instructions. Full support is ongoing and you will train under supervision in a non-stressful environment. You will be trained in all facets including finance. Centrelink recipients will be taught how to accurately report income & expenses. We have versatile cleaning schedules on offer after training Ongoing regular and secure work. You will receive a welcome gift pack of various supplies & products you will need as you train. You will be required to maintain your own products going forward, working as a sole trader. These items are inexpensive and mostly found in supermarkets and similar discount stores and are tax deductible along with all car expenses.
About You
1. Energetic, some jobs are easy, others are a little harder
2. Derive personal satisfaction in a home you have cleaned well.
3. Be reliable & responsible
4. Work ethically and honestly
5. Positive presentation
6. Good communication skills
7. A friendly and cheerful disposition.
8. Reside in good proximity to Brunswick and surrounding areas
9. You will be working as a sole trader and paid on ABN (not an employee)
You will require:
10. Appropriate work rights
11. Current Police Check or Working with Children Check (at your expense)
12. Driver's Licence and reliable own vehicle
13. A mobile phone
14. Provide own equipment, a vac in good working order & a M/F mop on hand for some jobs
15. Provide own clothes etc. & products as needed, going forward

Public Liability Insurance (upon successful outcome after training period) this will be explained and is mandatory by law and is 100% tax deductible.
Remuneration: $31.50 p/hr. plus super (per job)
