You'About the role Earthtech Excavations is seeking a skilled and experienced concrete labourer to join our dynamic team based in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our well-established construction company.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the setup, pouring and finishing of Civil concrete jobs such as: kerb, footpath & cross-overs.
* Preparing and cleaning work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
* Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work site
* Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure project deadlines are met
* Undertaking general labouring duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a concrete labourer or in a similar construction role
* Minimum 1-2 years of concrete labourer experience required
* Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
* Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Current construction industry certifications or licenses (desirable) HR, LS, LE
* Strong OHS under standing
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing job site conditions
* Preferred, Excavator and bobcat experience.
* Australian work rights required
* Current Construction Induction (White Card) certification must be held
