About the Role We’re looking for a VM Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through impactful point-of-sale materials, promotional campaigns, and store visuals. Reporting to the Senior VM Graphic Designer and working closely with the broader Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative concepts, design development, and finished artwork across a range of touchpoints including POS displays, window presentations, in-store promotions, conferences, and garment designs. Key Responsibilities Work from VM Manager briefs to produce creative concepts and final artwork for POS and window materials Coordinate VM promotional campaigns and liaise with internal Graphic Design teams and external print vendors Manage the preparation and setup of materials for conferences, including attendance and execution Oversee VM requirements for internal window presentations and evolving seasonal window concepts and props Sourcing Props, completing prop allocations, buying and coordinating delivery of VM props from supplier to stores Liaise with production teams and suppliers to ensure seamless artwork delivery and printing About You A background in graphic design, visual merchandising, or a related field Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and confident in preparing print-ready artwork Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects A collaborative, can-do attitude and a keen eye for design and retail trends A solution focused mindset with the ability to align creative thinking to commercial objectives Perks Generous staff discount and access to our sample sales Central office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner Park Work closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environment Engage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth Coffee lover?
