Your Role:
1. Participate in the installation of AV systems, including mounting and configuring displays, speakers, projectors, and control systems.
2. Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.
3. Pull and route cables through conduits, walls, and structures while adhering to building plans and safety regulations.
4. Interpret schematic diagrams effectively.
5. Label and document all cables and connections for clear identification and future reference.
6. Perform line tests and commission cabling systems, including field and inter-rack cabling.
7. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
8. Travel to regional and remote client sites as required.
9. Follow all WH&S safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
What You Will Bring:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in AV integration.
* Experience with platforms such as Q-SYS, Crestron, Dante, and others.
* Expertise in wiring, mounting, and system integration.
* A passion for technology and problem-solving.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Construction Induction Card, EWP license, and Cabler Registration are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, drills, crimpers, strippers, testers, and related equipment.
* Ability to operate independently across projects and within a team.
