Grounds Maintenance Specialist
* This role requires an individual with exceptional groundskeeping skills to maintain the inner city complex's exterior spaces.
* The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach and be able to work independently, overseeing various tasks such as pool maintenance, garden care, and upkeep of common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve interior and exterior grounds and buildings to their highest standard.
* Perform routine tasks such as mowing lawns, pruning plants, and cleaning pools.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., horticulture, landscape management) preferred.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
