Hotel Operations Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage night audit processes and provide exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out.
* Manage hotel operations, including but not limited to managing front desk operations.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and providing them with personalized services.
* E nsure that all security measures at the hotel are in place.
If you have previous experience working in hotels possess excellent communication skills,and can work flexible hours including nights and weekends then this is an ideal opportunity for you ! If selected ,you will be responsible for leading our team of guest service agents ensuring they operate efficiently so as to meet the expectations of our valued customers. In addition ,we expect that once on-board,you ensure operational standards are met while implementing strategies geared towards improving operational efficiency. By doing so ,not only would we drive revenue growth through increased occupancy rates but also consistently deliver high-quality services enabling us achieve positive word-of-mouth publicity which otherwise may not happen .
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. A minimum of two years relevant experience within hospitality industry preferably gained from prominent establishments; Highest level English language proficiency;
