St Michael’s Collegiate School is seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our dynamic Outside School Hours Care program for children aged 4–12 years.
This is your opportunity to shape engaging before/after school and vacation care programs within a supportive, values-driven Anglican school community.
What You’ll Do
* Design and deliver fun, inclusive programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
* Lead and support a team of educators
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
* Build strong relationships with children and families
* Oversee documentation, ratios and daily operations
What You’ll Bring
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (Diploma desirable)
* Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications
* Working with Vulnerable Persons Check (TAS)
* Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
* A genuine passion for children’s wellbeing and development
