What You'll Do
As ourPaid Ads Strategist, you'll be the performance backbone of Uprise.
You'll lead growth systems end-to-e-end — from ad ? funnel ? conversion — with the autonomy to run experiments, test big ideas, and drive revenue.
This isn't a media-buyer role.
It's astrategic growth seat— where you'll directly shape client outcomes, creative direction, and company strategy.
Your day-to-day:
Build, launch, and scale Meta + Google campaigns with precision.
Craft hooks, ad scripts, and creative angles that demand attention.
Identify bottlenecks across funnels and fix them fast.
Manage $30K+ monthly budgets with full performance ownership.
Lead bi-weekly client strategy calls with confidence and clarity.
Collaborate with our designers, editors, and VAs to ship creative at speed.
You'll Fit Right In If You...
