About the Role
As our Field Services Officer, you'll be the pivotal administrative link between our clients and our team of dedicated field representatives by:
* Utilising our in-house file management systems to enter client instructions, update file progress, and generate reports & invoices.
* Managing process serving documentation and coordinating field operations.
* Liaising with clients and field agents via phone and email to ensure seamless communication.
* Coordinating field agents to ensure work is completed according to internal and external guidelines, procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Conducting quality checks on work received from field agents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Providing exemplary customer service to clients, achieving the best possible outcomes.
* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all policies and procedures including confidentiality and privacy requirements.
* Supporting the organisation through proactive administrative duties and reception support.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
* Proven ability to meet performance targets while maintaining high attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Outstanding client service and interpersonal abilities.
* Time management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to deal with clients and third parties professionally and with sensitivity.
* Professional, positive, and ethical attitude.
* Satisfactory background checks (required).
Desirable:
* Administration experience within debt collection or field services industries (advantageous but not essential).
* Knowledge of legal procedures and court systems.
* Experience with file management databases and legal documentation.
