Administration Officer Job Description
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our organization. This role involves a wide range of tasks including reception duties, data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver general office support services including reception duties, data entry, document preparation, and file management.
* Manage the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
* Respond to and direct incoming phone calls.
* Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management for support functions.
* Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as directed by the Financial Controller.
* Maintain general office tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing.
* Collaborate with Technical Services on scanning and uploading workpacks and customer portals as needed.
* Oversee office equipment maintenance and service requests with external contractors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Demonstrate proven experience in administration or office support roles.
* Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.
