We are looking for a recent high school graduate to join their team Administration team. The position is a PAID Traineeship, and the successful applicant will be enrolled in a Certificate III in Business (no student fee). This position is available now & we are keen to hear from interested candidates. Duties: Collecting, opening & scanning mail Distributing mail to correct people Typing up letters Sending financial statements & tax returns to clients Scanning returned & signed copies into the system Reception, answering phones, taking messages & transferring calls.
