Job Title: Community Liaison Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Narungga House and Olga Fudge Lodge, supporting Homelessness Navigators in providing Case Management to young people residing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Implementing and managing the operational delivery of the AYCA Program.
* Leading a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding services and encouraging innovation.
* Establishing and maintaining positive partnerships across government, the Towards home Alliance and Homelessness sector.
* Safeguarding client's cultural identity and connection with their community.
* Managing administrative tasks including data reporting and use of processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A South Australian Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* A NDIS Workers Check.
* A Child Safe Environments – Through their Eyes Certificate.
* A National Police Check.
* A current First Aid Certificate.
* Infant safety Training Certificate.
* Fire Safety Training Certificate.
* Unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia.
* Certificate IV, Diploma or degree in community service-related qualification.
