XAM are a digital consulting service provider with a team size of over 50 people - with about 40% distributed all over the globe.
We design and build digital products on, or behalf of our clients. Our clients are from ASX listed companies to mid-tier thought leaders, including product start-ups.
XAM are looking for a **Recruitment Consultant **to work alongside our growing talent team. In this role, you will provide excellent communication to create a great experience during the entire hiring process, be a brand and culture representative who plays active role in engaging with the internal #xamfam, starting a conversation and meeting people. **How your typical day may look**
- Manage the interviewing process from end to end including following up with hiring managers, managing the skills assessment completion and reviews, and keeping abreast of market related salary expectations for worldwide locations
- Work closely with the hiring managers and leadership team to improve sourcing strategies, reduce time to fill an open position and ensure a high-quality recruitment process
- Attend and organise networking events
**You have**
- A passion for technology and at least 2 plus years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- The ability to manage multiple roles while also focusing on, employer branding, and your career development
- The aptitude to know what to prioritise, and you're so organised and reliable that you almost never drop the ball (it's ok to make mistakes)
- Great interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage upwards and engage managers at all levels
- Clear communication skills and you're hungry for results and growth
- The drive to want to work in a team, everyone loves you and wants to work with you
