Job Opportunity
This is a permanent, full-time role for a Speech Pathologist at our clinic. As a Speech Pathologist with us, you'll support a diverse range of clients including children with speech and language disorders, stuttering, literacy difficulties, social communication needs, feeding challenges, and more.
You will deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to infants, children, and adolescents, conduct assessments using tools such as CELF-5 and PLS-5, and produce reports. You will also collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychologists and occupational therapists, create engaging play-based sessions, and contribute to program and resource development.
Your caseload will be busy but manageable, with scheduled administration time directly into your calendar. You'll have access to a comprehensive library of templates, speech and language tools, and clinical resources, as well as a well-stocked games room and dedicated speech resources.
We believe strongly in investing in our early-career clinicians, providing weekly supervision, fortnightly in-house peer supervision, and an additional budget for professional development.
