The Role
Monday to Friday, this is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a growing and evolving business. This role will see you taking care of a tidy residential portfolio of 160 properties. With a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing repairs & maintenance management
* Conducting rental reviews & lease renewals
* Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Handling escalated arrears management
* Tribunal preparation & attendance
* Coordinating the interviewing and placement of prospective tenants
* Ensuring that high-quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants in the management of their properties
* Developing new business to build the property portfolio
The Requirements
The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this opportunity will have at least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. A Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and a valid driver's license. You will be extremely well-spoken, well-presented, and have strong communication skills. A successful candidate will also:
* Possess strong administration skills
* Be organized with meticulous attention to detail
* Harness the ability to provide a high level of service.
* Have knowledge of the local property market
* Possess excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
