**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the **design and development** of **Ezy-Planner, Ezy-Scheduler, and Ezy-App Builder** as part of the **Ezy-Serve stack**.
- Develop **low-code/no-code solutions** using **Ezy-App Builder** to accelerate SaaS product delivery.
- Drive UI/UX enhancements for **Ezy-Admin, Ezy-UI, and web-based FSM solutions**.
- **Engage directly with customers** to understand business needs, configure solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
- Act as the **technical point of contact for enterprise clients**, ensuring smooth adoption and mínimal downtime.
- **Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting** of Ezy-Serve SaaS solutions for clients.
- Lead a **cross-functional team** of Angular, Java, and SAP developers to deliver seamless FSM web solutions.
- Manage **multi-tenant configurations** to support various enterprise clients within **Ezy-Serve**.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- **8+ years** of experience as a **Web Application Lead**:
- Expertise in **Ezy-Serve SaaS solutions**, including **Ezy-Planner, Ezy-Scheduler, and Ezy-App Builder**.
- Hands-on experience in **Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL**.
- Strong understanding of **SAP ABAP and UI5**, with proven experience in **integrating SAP with Ezy-Serve**.
- Experience in **customer support, troubleshooting, and training for SaaS solutions**.
- Expertise in **RabbitMQ, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture**.
- Proven track record in **managing customer deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution**.
- Excellent **stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills**.
- Experience in **low-code/no-code development within FSM SaaS platforms**.
- Hands-on experience in **data-driven UI components and real-time dashboards**.
- Knowledge of **GraphQL, WebSockets, and event-driven architecture**.
- Robust focus on **performance tuning and enterprise-grade security implementations**.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
