AquaBUBBLER is seeking an established industry professional to become our new Architectural Specification Manager, joining us on a full-time basis, leveraging industry relationships and driving end-to-end project management.
Duties & responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project managers, school principals, procurement managers, and other key decision-makers
* Proactively source new project opportunities using platforms such as Cordell, Estimate One, and LinkedIn
* Sometimes, attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand professional networks and identify new business opportunities
* Manage the end-to-end sales process for both inbound and outbound enquiries using the company CRM
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and project status within the CRM system
* Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve sales processes and strategies
* Regularly engage with the sales team through meetings and company initiatives
* Contribute ideas to support team development and performance improvement
* Monitor market trends and project developments to stay ahead of industry opportunities
* Support overall business growth by aligning specification strategies with company goals
Experience & qualifications:
* Diploma in Business or equivalent experience
* Proven experience across the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
* Strong understanding of Specification and FF&E schedules
* Established network among architects, specifiers, and design professionals in the education and construction sectors
* Respect and recognition amongst architectural firms, specifiers, and design professionals across the education and construction sectors
* Demonstrated track record of maintaining successful industry relationships
* Effective communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to build rapport and influence across various professional levels
* Proficient with Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, VOIP, and mobile apps
* Self-motivated, driven, and an effective team contributor

Comission Framework:
* $30 per unit sold (first 400)
* $40/unit (401–500)
* $65/unit (501–600)
* $75/unit (601–800)
* $100/unit (801+)
Typical performers easily exceed 300 units per year through established contacts - equivalent to $9K atop base salary, with uncapped upside
