Assistant Director – Mawson Out-of-School-Hours-Care Program
Community Services #1 is seeking an Out-of-School-Hours-Care Assistant Director to contribute to meaningful care that enhances independence and wellbeing.

About the role:
* Support the Program Director in the day-to-day management of the program.
* Ensure all Educators, Families and Children are welcomed and feel a sense of belonging.
* Mentor and train staff through supervision, professional development and mentoring regarding curriculum development and delivery.
* Support the Centre Director to ensure that the program in compliance with relevant regulations and legislations.

About you:
* Holds the requirements for an ACECQA approved first qualified educator eg. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or School Age Care (or ACECQA equivalent); or 2 years' experience working with School Age Children AND completed 2 years in bachelor's degree in any field.
* May be available for split shifts if required.
Has- ly worked as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator.
* Hold a current unrestricted ACT Working with Vulnerable People card
* Hold current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

* Competitive Hourly rate of $41.56 – $42.92 (minimum 5% above the award + 15% Wage Retention) plus superannuation and Salary Packaging
