PowerFM and 2ST are looking for their next Promotions Manager to create memorable experiences that entertain the local community and drive listenership.
About the role:
As Promotions Manager, you will lead the delivery of creative, high‐impact promotions that benefit both our stations and our clients. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for end‐to‐end campaign execution across events, on‐air, digital and social assets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conceptualising, creating and executing integrated promotions that drive audience growth and client outcomes
* Preparing forward plans and written proposals for seasonal and special promotions activity
* Managing the implementation and delivery of events and promotions from briefing through to completion
* Drafting terms and conditions, risk assessments and permit applications, ensuring all legal approvals are in place
* Maintaining accurate promotional reporting, including post‐campaign reports, imagery and documentation
* Leading and developing team members to create a positive, high‐performance working environment
* Event management including set up and pack down of activations
About you:
* Proven experience managing promotions, campaigns or projects in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
* Excellent communication, planning and time‐management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with strong attention to detail and people leadership capability
