Food and Beverage Service Attendant
RACV Goldfields Resort is seeking experienced food service professionals to fill this role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greet customers with a friendly smile and deliver exceptional customer service
* Provide detailed menu knowledge and explanation to enhance the dining experience
* Take orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen team
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bars, and surrounding areas
* Promote a positive atmosphere and interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fast-paced food and beverage environments, preferably within customer-focused settings
* Bar experience is highly desirable for those interested in pursuing bartending or mixology roles
* Barista experience is also desired for those interested in coffee and café operations
* Holding a current VIC RSA Certificate is mandatory
* Excellent communication skills and a bright, friendly personality are essential for success in this role
