**We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor in our Western Sydney region**. The role will include all aspects of on-ground ecological restoration.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management, direction, and supervision of their crew and the ongoing management of their regeneration sites under their control.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Site Supervisor/Team Leader, in the Ecological Restoration, Bush Regeneration or related industries.
- OR
- 1- 2 years' experience as Level 4 and ready to make the next step up in the Ecological Restoration, Bush Regeneration or related industries.
- Completed or studying - Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent
- AQF3 - Chemical handler's certificate
- First Aid certificate
- WHS White Card
- Current drivers' licence and must have experience driving a manual vehicle
- Excellent Bush regeneration skills, including plant knowledge
- High focus on accuracy and quality
- Strong skills in Microsoft word and excel
- Problem resolution skills and adaptability
- Deadline and detail orientated
- Effective leadership and people management skills
Physically fit Desirable but not required:
- Degree/Diploma in the environmental-related discipline
- Industry knowledge (incl. WHS, First Aid, EEO)
- Chainsaw training or experience
- Experience with 4WD
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
