Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Meeting and greeting patients Personal Assistant and secretarial support to the surgeon Scheduling patient consultations Administration of the front desk and patient clinics Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently Patient invoicing and receipting Co-ordinating theatre lists, booking theatres and preparing patients for surgical procedures Liaising with other doctors, hospitals and medical representatives Genie experience advantageous To be successful for this position you will enjoy being part of a small team and have previous experience working in a surgical or similar setting.
