Role Overview
Ashburton Dental Centre, Gosnells WA and My Affordable Dentist @ Lesmurdie are seeking Dental Practitioners for a part‑time role. You will take over a book of loyal patients, with an opportunity to grow the practice. A mentor will support you in surgical dentistry if required.
The practice is a preferred provider of most health funds.
ADA Graduates and New Graduates are welcome. The first year remuneration package allows negotiation to a commission basis after six months. Mentorship will be provided to new graduates.
Sponsorship is available for ADC candidates.
The current Principal Dentist's books are full; the new dentist will take over as the current dentist wants to reduce days due to a busy schedule.
We are looking for a dentist with at least 1–2 years of experience, though new graduates are also welcome. You should have well‑rounded dentistry skills and an interest in specialties such as Ortho, Implants, Perio, Endo or Oral Surgery. A passion for patient care and continuous learning is essential. We seek dentists who build loyal, referring patients as a preferred provider of all health funds.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
* Your dentistry skills are polished and at a high industry standard.
* Ideally you have a specialist interest in Ortho, Endo, Perio or Implants.
* You hold a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
* You are committed to the practice long term and provide an outstanding patient‑led service.
