About the Role
This position requires providing the highest level of care and support to residents. You will engage with residents and family members to ensure their needs are met and work collaboratively to maintain a safe environment.
You will be responsible for accurate record keeping to monitor resident progress and adhere to Health and Safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in Aged Care, Community Care or Health Services. You must be a collaborative team player with a passion for making a difference and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A Certificate III or qualifications in Individual Support/Aged Care are required. Additionally, you will need to have a current NDIS Screening Check (or willing to obtain one) and evidence of Flu and COVID Vaccines + Booster.
