We are seeking an experienced Driver to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs.
Lindsay Transport is Australia\'s largest fresh produce transporter, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centers. Responsibilities
- Safe Always - Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
- Temperature Sensitive Freight - working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
- Customer Service - Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
- Teamwork & Communication - Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
- Good Work Ethic - Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go.
- Quality Checks & Control - Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
What You'll Bring
- MUST have current and valid MC licence and LF licence
- Previous commercial driving experience detailed in your resume
- A safe driving record, you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
- Well presented, professional and reliable.
