Triskele Labs is a cybersecurity services firm built on the principles of trust, delivery excellence, and deep client relationships. We work across advisory, offensive, defensive, and response services to deliver long-term security outcomes, not quick fixes or generic advice. Our approach is tailored, pragmatic, and outcome-focused. We value relationships, not transactions. We are scaling rapidly, and with that comes the need for strong Service Delivery minded people that can build structure while enhancing the client experience. Requirements About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally within cybersecurity or IT consulting, with proven ability to deliver complex projects. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and familiarity with technologies such as firewalls, IDS, SIEM, and endpoint protection. Skilled in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a client-first mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (project management certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 highly desirable). Professional, adaptable, and confident under pressure with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects, ensuring objectives, scope, and deliverables are achieved within timelines and budgets. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to align goals and deliver successful outcomes. Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring effective delivery and professional development. Oversee project quality, implementing reviews and controls to meet industry standards and best practices. Present updates, reports, and project plans internally and externally with accuracy and clarity. Manage team availability, utilisation, and billable targets, reporting regularly to the Head of Service Delivery.
