Administrative Support Specialist

1. Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including managing complex tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining compliance with record-keeping and office asset management.
2. Develop and implement administrative processes and standards to improve efficiency and support organisational requirements.
3. Manage reception and front office activities, including visitor coordination and handling enquiries and complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity.
4. Organise meetings, events, and forums, including invitations, room bookings, catering, agendas, and minutes.
5. Coordinate logistical operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
6. Buildeffective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery and organisational success.
