As a key member of our CST businesses team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the medical device industry. This exciting role involves working closely with Territory Managers to provide clinical support and customer education to key clinicians and hospital staff.
This is an integral position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build credible relationships with key surgeons and other hospital staff. You will be responsible for supporting account sales strategies through regular contact with specialists and technical staff, providing technical and case support to customers in theatre, and conducting in-services and product updates to ensure existing and prospective customers are technically competent.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a strong understanding of clinical procedures, and excellent problem-solving skills. A background in nursing, physiotherapy or science related disciplines would be advantageous, but not essential. Prior experience in a similar clinical support capacity would also be considered.
