About this Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced administrator for front desk reception and administrative support at a busy northern suburbs shopping centre.
Based with the in office centre management team, you will be a fantastic communicator with impeccable presentation, property knowledge is desirable and a good sense of humour and a big smile a must!
Your duties will include
Meeting & greeting retailers and customers and assisting with any queries demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times
Telephone answering and taking messages
Maintain and update all registers related to the shopping centre
Liaising with contractors and ensuring they are inducted before undertaking works onsite
Support to the Finance Manager, raising invoices, assisting with collecting rent, and account reconciliation.
Manage Public Liability records
Meeting minutes where required
Daily post/ couriers
Meeting room set up & management
Stationery order and office management duties
General administrative assistance to the team
Ideal Candidate
Proven reception & administration experience
Ability to deal with complaints and resolve conflict situations
Property experience will be highly desirable
Highly proficient in word and excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask & strong time management skills
Bright, bubbly personality with a can-do attitude
