About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead a major wastewater network upgrade on the Northern Gold Coast. As a key member of the Queensland team, you will oversee day-to‐day site operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and drive project performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make an impact by delivering essential infrastructure projects that benefit local communities.
Key responsibilities
* Leading and managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget.
* Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to design specifications and quality standards.
* Driving site productivity and resolve challenges with practical, on‐the‐ground solutions.
* Fostering a culture of safety and environmental compliance across all project activities.
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and strong relationships.
What you'll bring to the team
* Proven experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role in civil construction and/or across water/wastewater projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of civil/water infrastructure construction methodologies and processes.
* Ability to lead teams effectively, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem‐solving.
* Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
